The StuNed scholarship programme has been successfully administered by Nuffic Neso Indonesia for the last 10 years and resulted in more than 2,000 scholarships for Indonesian professionals to study in the Netherlands.

StuNed is a bilateral cooperation between the Netherlands and Indonesia that aims to contribute to human resources development in Indonesia. The target group for the StuNed scholarship programme are Indonesian young professionals. In new programme priority will be given to candidates from Indonesian partner organisations of the Dutch Embassy: ministries, local government, NGOs and also the private sector. The decision to target the Embassy’s partner is because the scholarships are considered as an excellent instrument for developing the human resources and institutional capacity for the partners; and for strengthening bilateral relations between Indonesia and the Netherlands.

StuNed will provide scholarships for Master Degree courses, short courses, tailor-made training and refresher courses.
