Bagi seluruh mahasiswa Indonesia yang akan melanjutkan studi ke Belanda dan sudah siap dengan MVV entry visa, sebelum melakukan pembelian tiket penerbangan harap membaca informasi penting di bawah ini. *)Information in English below

Kedatangan di Belanda sebagai Mahasiswa Internasional

 

Belanda kembali membuka perbatasannya untuk mahasiswa internasional dari seluruh negara yang hendak melakukan studi di Belanda. Kebijakan ini termasuk dijalankannya kembali proses aplikasi visa pelajar jangka Panjang/MVV oleh IND/Departemen Keimigrasian Belanda, serta pengambilan entry visa di Kedutaan Besar Kerajaan Belanda di seluruh dunia. Namun demikian, faktor kesehatan tetap menjadi prioritas utama dari Pemerintah Kerajaan Belanda dalam memperlambat penyebaran virus COVID-19. Oleh karena itu berbagai protokol kesehatan tetap diterapkan bagi seluruh pendatang, termasuk mahasiswa, yang akan tiba di Belanda.

 

Berikut adalah hal yang perlu diketahui dan disiapkan sebelum keberangkatan ke Belanda, termasuk informasi mengenai anjuran untuk melakukan karantina mandiri selama 10 hari setibanya di Belanda.

 

Keberangkatan ke Belanda

 

Pastikan Anda memenuhi seluruh syarat dan menjalankan protokol kesehatan dari maskapai penerbangan yang Anda naiki serta negara asal penerbangan, negara transit, dan negara tujuan. Beberapa negara belum memperbolehkan penumpang dengan penerbangan lanjutan untuk menjalankan transit di wilayahnya. Silakan mengkonsultasikan hal ini dengan maskapai penerbangan serta Kedutaan negara-negara yang akan Anda lewati (untuk transit).

Jika Anda menunjukkan minimal 1 gejala yang tertera di formulir, Anda TIDAK diperbolehkan untuk menaiki pesawat menuju Belanda.

PENTING! Anjuran untuk Memeriksa Kondisi Kesehatan

Kami sangat menyarankan Anda untuk memeriksa kondisi kesehatan sebelum keberangkatan berupa:

  1. Tes Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), paling lambat 72 jam sebelum keberangkatan
  2. Medical Check Up: RO Thorax, Tes Darah, CRP

Kebanyakan asuransi mahasiswa tidak menanggung penyakit bawaan sebelum asuransi berlaku. Bukti bahwa Anda benar-benar sehat (termasuk bebas COVID-19) menjadi sangat penting ketika Anda merasa sakit pada saat tiba di Belanda. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penyakit Anda bukan penyakit bawaan sebelum asuransi berlaku.

Kedatangan di Belanda

Pemerintah sangat menyarankan Anda untuk melaksanakan karantina mandiri selama 10 hari di alamat akomodasi Anda sejak Anda tiba di Belanda. Anjuran Selama Perjalanan dan Ketibaan di Belanda

Memakai masker non-medis diwajibkan selama penerbangan ke Belanda dan pada saat ketibaan di Belanda. Masker non-medis juga diwajibkan di area check in, security, proses imigrasi, dan boarding.

Penggunaan masker non-medis juga diwajibkan di kendaraan umum di Belanda. Aturan umum seperti menjaga jarak, higienitas, dan menghindari kerumunan juga amat dianjurkan. Important Information Regarding Your Departure to the Netherlands as a Student

 

These are the information for outgoing Indonesian students to the Netherlands that have obtained their MVV entry visa. Please read the following information carefully before purchasing your flight ticket to the Netherlands.

 

Arrival in the Netherlands as an International Students

The Netherlands reopens its border for international students that will start their study in the country, regardless of their nationality. This policy includes the resume of a long-stay visa application by the IND/Dutch Immigration Department. However, the health of well being of international students will still be the main priority of the government to slow down the spread of the COVID-19. Therefore, various health protocol will be implemented for all arriving passengers in the Netherlands, including students.

These are things that you need to know and/or prepare before your departure to the Netherlands, including the encouragement to do voluntary quarantine for 10 days after arrival in the Netherlands.

 

Departure to the Netherlands

Please make sure that you bring all necessary documents and follow the health protocol from the Indonesian airport authority, airline company, transit country, and destination country. Several countries still have not permitted any transitting passengers under their territory. Please consult this policy with the airline company and the embassies of each country that you will be transit at.

If you show one of the mentioned symptoms, you will be denied boarding.

Important Suggestions to Check Your Health Condition

We highly encourage you to check your health condition before your departure. The evaluation that might be required are as follow:

  1. Swab Test/Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) from at least 72 hours before departure
  2. Medical Check-Up: RO Thorax, Blood test, CRP

 

Most of student insurance companies will not cover the diseases/sickness that occurs before the insurance coverage. The proof that you are in a healthy condition before your departure (including COVID-19 negative) becomes important whenever you are sick when arriving in the Netherlands. The check-up result proves that you are in a healthy condition before the insurance coverage date.

 

Arrival in the Netherlands

The Dutch Government highly encourage each arriving passenger from the red-list country (including Indonesia) to do a self-quarantine for 10 days when they arrive in the Netherlands. Please make sure that your arrival date in the Netherlands is at least 10 days before your class start date. If you think you cannot arrive on time, please consult your condition to your university, and seek the possibility to do an online class during the first 1 or 2 weeks of the quarantine.

What should I do if I develop symptom?

Suggestions during your journey and arrival in the Netherlands

Wearing a non-medical mask is obligatory during your flight to the Netherlands. The mask should also be worn during check-in, security, immigration process, and boarding.
